We received the spindle assembly in complete jam condition.  The spindle assembly was dismantled and thoroughly cleaned. Checked all the components. Bearing spacer was found damaged and cracked.

New bearing spacer manufactured.

H.C.P. done on spindle nose as per standard procedure and the same was ground.

New set of bearings replaced and re-assemble the spindle.

Checked the spindle runout an standard mandrel and the results found well within the tolrence.
