We received the HSD BT-30 Spindle with the complaint of heavy noise and out of tolerance runout. The spindle was dismantled and cleaned thoroughly. We ground the spindle nose and replaced the new set of bearings. After assembly of the same geometrical tests were conducted and results observed within the specified limits.
