We received the DMG SK40 Spindle in quite bad condition. The spindle was almost jam. 

Customer also complained for high runout on mandrel. 

We dismantled the spindle completely. Replaced the bearings and ground the spindle nose to the perfection. The runout was checked after final testing which was nearly 4 micron on a 300 mm test mandrel.

We did a very high accuracy job on such an old spindle.
